Alessandra Bianchi

Alessandra knows how it feels to be new in a new house, a new city and a different country. In 2002, she and her family relocated from their native Italy to West Michigan. Since then, she has successfully navigated through the renting, buying, selling, and building of homes while discovering her new community's unique set of customs and rules.
She joined Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt in Holland, Michigan in 2018, and she joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Miami Beach in November of 2020 with the same vision of creating a highly personalized experience for her clients. One tailored to handle all the obstacles - big and small - that arise during the buying and selling of residences. Along with meticulous one-on-one attention; Alessandra offers resources in a network of specialists who can step in with legal, financial, regulatory and design expertise when needed.
Alessandra brings an international perspective to her work that fits perfectly in the multicultural Miami real estate market. She draws from a diverse business background that includes positions in banking, consulting, and manufacturing. Her passion for human-centered design and continuous improvements were fueled from her experiences working at a luxury yacht maker and for a global brand of premier workplace and residential furnishings. She holds a MBA certificate in Design and Innovation Management from the Kendall College of Art and Design.
