I am very happy that Alex Acosta just got my first rental investment property in Sacramento CA! Alex was always willing to show properties, answer questions, and write offers as soon as we need it to. He would answer the phone at any time when available and found out any information that we needed. He was happy to help and be around for the house inspections since I don't live in the Sacramento area it was hard for me to be there right on time. With a competitive market it is difficult to get offers accepted but he was able to negotiate with the sellers to get our offer accepted, also he got me some credit back for the house repairs. It was a pleasure working with Alex Acosta, I would highly recommend him as a realtor. -Margarita Garcia

Alex Acosta is very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. He is very easy to talk to and insightful. One thing I really liked about Alex is that he is so quick to respond to you and Never leaves you waiting for long to reply. He sends me links to houses I've already discussed with him that meet what I am looking for ( A lot of other Realtors will send you links to more expensive houses that aren't in your budget). I would definitely recommend Alex Acosta as your Realtor! He is Awesome! -Alicia Ortiz
