Alex Affas, Principal and Designated Broker of AFFIRE | Real Estate & Investments. I began my real estate career in February 2017 when I was 18 years old, and I have been passionate about the field ever since.

My experiences working with small businesses and investors are what pushed me to create this brokerage. I strive to make each of my client's real estate and investment paths as easy and as comfortable as possible! Whether you are looking to invest, purchase, lease, or offload your commercial real estate asset, I believe that having a knowledgeable, understanding, and reliable person to guide you through that process is vital. I have also partnered with trusted and local Arizona businesses to accommodate business and health insurance quotes, tax-free retirement planning, and contractors from all different trades to assist in all of our real estate services.

I studied for three years and graduated from Arizona State University in May of 2020 with my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In October of 2023, I became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee and two months later was awarded Rising Star for West and Southeast Realtors of the Valley!
