Alex began his real estate journey in 2001 with Cervera Real Estate, assisting with high-profile pre-construction projects across Miami. His career path later took him to New York City, where he worked full-time with boutique firm Mark David & Company, gaining invaluable experience in one of the most competitive markets in the world. Ultimately, Alex returned to his hometown of Miami, where he continues to serve a diverse range of buyers, sellers, and investors across areas including Coral Gables, Palmetto Bay, and Miami Beach.

From 2012 to 2018, Alex expanded his local presence with Abitare International Realty before partnering with Compass. In 2022, he joined Coldwell Banker Realty, where his performance has earned him the Sterling Society Award for 2024, recognizing him among the top 16% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Known for his personable yet professional demeanor, Alex is fluent in both English and Spanish, and prides himself on building strong, lasting relationships with his clients.
