As a former home builder, Alex's knowledge in the construction trades is bar-none. From listing to inspections, Alex showed us exactly what upgrades or repairs were needed to sell our home. And, once we got inspection results on our new home, Alex helped us understand exactly what we were getting into and what to ask for in repairs. One home needed major structural repairs and Alex helped us back out of our offer with zero liabilities. We could have purchased a "money pit" had Alex not been so knowledgeable in construction. Thank you Alex for helping us get our dream home. It's our forever home and we are grateful you were our realtor and friend. I highly recommend Alex Clark, the best in the realty field.

Alex knows real estate and he loves helping people find their next home (purchasing or renting). Alex is also a general contractor, so he understands the construction of homes and can point out possible issues to look out for while doing a walk through. All in all, Alex has the best interest of his clients at heart. I strongly recommend that you contact him if you are buying, selling, renting or needing a good Property Manager. You won't be disappointed!

Very much appreciate Alex for all he done in helping us sell our home. I took a job out of state and moved in a very short notice. He made it as easy as he could for me to take care of things while being away. Even to go as far as taking care of some things himself in a short notice and me not being able to be in town to do them. Very professional in the way he handles everything and staying in constant contact through it all. Look forward to doing business with him again.
