Alex is a genuine pleasure to work with. We toured many houses with Alex and he always was courteous, professional, truly interested to hear and note what we liked and what we didn't like, and never pushy, never condescendant. He is also knowledgeable about different building epochs and materials. Once we approached the part when we needed to make an offer, Alex was very professional and on point, controlling all the steps. He also was transparent and honest with us, took our case to heart and did his best to close everything on time.

Alex did an amazing job helping us find a new home in Seattle. We live out of state and he setup 16 viewings for one day on Friday on our trip and we put in an offer by the end of the weekend. He brought a lot of data and analytics to support us in building a budget and designing a strategy to help us win a home. We had a lot of confidence with the home we purchased based on the market data, cost of new construction in the area, and area growth he provided. We ended up closing at the asking price! Would highly recommend!

Alex was a great pleasure to work with, and I am grateful that we found him when we started our home search. He represented us as buyers in Seattle, which was amongst the most competitive markets in the nation at that time (late 2020-early 2021). Alex is always very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and available with short notice, which is important in such a fast-moving, competitive market. He also has a background in engineering, so was able to provide insightful commentary on the quality of a home’s build, the most urgent areas requiring attention, and possible options for remodel based on the structure of the house. Another thing that stands out about Alex is he always provides his honest opinion and we never felt pressured to move forward on anything. He even talked us out of a home that we otherwise would have put an offer on, and looking back, we are so grateful that we didn’t, and that we waited for something else that fit our needs better. This demonstrated how he really has his clients’ best interests at heart. Even in this competitive market, we found a house that we love in a neighborhood we love, thanks to Alex’s help. I would highly recommend hiring Alex to represent you in your real estate endeavors.

I immediately thought of Alex as the realtor with whom to work when we thought about putting our house on the market. From my few personal interactions with Alex, I found him to be thoughtful, kind, caring, detail oriented and committed. And I was not disappointed with his services.

Alex paid attention to every little detail, which I believed not only helped sell our house for top dollar, but more importantly, put us at ease when the market refused to cooperate and it took us longer than expected to sell.

Alex is an amazing agent! There were multiple challenges that he helped us overcome - we were looking for a house in Bellevue while out of state, during the COVID pandemic, in a highly competitive market. Alex listened very carefully to our asks and hand picked houses that would best fit our wants and needs. Since we were searching remotely, he was able to visit all the properties we were interested in and provide meticulous detail through video walkthroughs. Alex made my relocation back to my country so perfect. I had investment property in West Seattle, which I rented for about 10 years. Alex was instrumental in guiding me thru the whole process. Plus, he made sure my place looked perfect to attract strong buyers. Alex’s business savviness and professional talent provided me the confidence and assurance I needed to get the best deal possible. My overall experience with Alex was excellent. He was very genuine and honest throughout the home buying process and helped me make an informed decision, securing a good property at a fair price. He provided very detailed and comprehensive market analysis and was always available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. We found the right property just before I left on an international trip and despite this Alex was there 100% representing me and communicating virtually to get under contract only within 3 days. He also went the extra mile in helping to scheduled resources to help get estimates for the renovation work needed prior to making a final offer. Alex knows his stuff! He is detail driven, client focused and market intelligent. I love the way he collects data to help us make confident decisions during what can be a very high-stress transaction. He knows how to present, stage and market any home. Our homes always had multiple offers within days of listing, we always made money, even in the most competitive market periods. I really believe it was all in the presentation!!
Alex is also great at looking at a property's current value and the upswing opportunities.
