Alex Fajardo

With over 11 years of experience as a REALTOR ®, and an additional 4 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer, his decade plus in this industry has shown Alex a few things; buying and selling a home is not only a huge financial decision, but an equally emotional one as well. It is the happiness that comes from a client getting their first set of keys or moving on to the next chapter of their life that has made it all worth it for him. Alex strives for two goals year after year, one of those being to educate as many people as possible about the real estate process and help them understand that it is not complicated once explained. The second goal for Alex is to ensure every client receives a white-glove service experience. Whether this is their first home or their fifth, they deserve to have someone on their side taking care of them like family. Outside of real estate, Alex spends time with his family of 6; his girlfriend, Kortnee and her two girls, Quin & Rhemi, and his two boys Lennix & Cailum. He loves cooking for his family, focusing on fitness and nutrition, and going on fun adventures with his friends & family.
