I can’t say enough about how amazing it has been working with Alex. She’s both professional and easy going, understanding and strategic. We met Alex when our initial search kicked off last summer. We moved from out of state and Alex gave us an amazing map of Seattle to explore and orient ourselves, which helped solidify our desired location. She warned us about the competitive market and set our expectations that we may have to make multiple offers until we found the one.

We took a break to settle into a major life change and Alex was thoughtful and supportive. As soon as we gave her the signal that we were ready to get serious in our house hunt, she kept us in the loop on anything that cropped up. Even when we got “desperate”, she walked us back from making move on a house that didn’t actually meet our criteria. Lucky for us, our dream house appeared the next day. Alex always made time for us, and found time in her schedule that worked for us.

Alex was masterful in her research, assessment and understanding of the market. She new exactly how to play the game. We made a strong offer and got the house! She’s so thoughtful, organized, and honest, making the process from offer to close so much easier.

The other benefits of working with Alex are the amazing introductions to people that will help you along the way. Finding a trusted loan officer, contractor, or local service can be hard, but Alex always had someone on her side who was just as great as she is.

I would recommend Alex to all my friends and family!

My partner and I were first time home buyers and naturally very unsure going into the process of buying our first home. Alex was everything we needed and more. She explained everything in the perfect amount of detail throughout the whole process. She was always responsive, attentive, and punctual. She also brought a human touch to real estate that is hard to find among agents. Alex came as a referral from a trusted friend and I ended up referring her to some more of my friends. That should say it all right there! We are thrilled with our new home and even more thrilled we found a trusted, reliable partner in Alex.

Alex and her crack team of enthusiastic realtors made our 🏡 buying experience quite a thrill ride!! 🎢 We knew going in that home hunting during apandemic would have its ups and downs, but decided to continue just for kicks👯.
Alex made sure to always keep my wife and I well informed on what to expect regarding home maintenance and would even let us know when she spotted red flags 🚩in a property. She is cutthroat when it comes to negotiations which is where she flexed 💪 her experience to make our offer stand out even when we were out bid! Her insight into the market gave us confidence in our decision making process and I feel 💯 comfortable in the home 🏡 we closed on regardless of whether or not we see a housing crash! Plus she has the cutest baby!!! 👶 5 starts for that alone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were first time home buyers and navigating the Seattle market was a daunting task. Phillip and his team were highly recommended to us by our close friends. We began our search in November and purchased a home in April. Alex was assisting us for the first half of our search and she was excellent. Always transparent and realistic about each house we toured. Billy was wonderful, personable, and readily available. Phillip went above and beyond for us placing the offers and closing.
