Alex is an incredibly warm and engaging realtor, and she has a deep knowledge of the Seattle-area market. We worked with her for a few months, and she was always very responsive with texts and emails, which was really helpful. Though we tried to get on the same page in terms of tastes of houses, she never fully got we were looking for, but when we were able to find our dream house on Redfin, she promptly got us a showing and helped us make the offer happen quickly. We love our new house, and Alex was an integral part of that. There were a few times when Alex missed or forgot a few details - and we almost didn't put a bid on the house because of one of these mix-ups - but overall really enjoyed working with her.

We had a wonderful experience with Alex! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the process and Alex’s experience and knowledge base were invaluable to us. She never made us feel ignorant or annoying, even when we were probably being “needy clients.” 😉 On top of that, she’s charming and fun to work with!

Alex is tenacious and always goes the extra mile for her clients — she has a lot of connections in the industry, and doesn’t hesitate to get on the phone with other agents to get the “inside scoop” on a property or clarify a question. She’s an excellent client advocate. She knows the local market well, and can help craft an offer that is aggressive enough to be competitive, while still respecting your budget and individual needs.

In addition to being a fantastic realtor, Alex also has some great contacts in the home renovation world. During the window between offer acceptance and closing, she helped us coordinate bids from various contractors, so by the time we closed on our new home, we were ready to “hit the ground running” with our renovation projects.

We’re a queer couple, and being LGBTQ is a non-issue with Alex. Regardless of your gender or orientation, she’ll make you feel welcomed and comfortable. She’s very sweet, and even got us Xmas gifts! Alex truly goes above and beyond, and we literally couldn’t have done this without her.

I've worked with Alex for my house and she's excellent to have on your side! She's quick to respond to questions and has all the resources to get to the bottom of any issues you might find with the houses you are looking at. She has been super patient throughout the hunt and I looked at houses for a couple months before setting on the right one.

Especially if this is your first home purchase, I recommend Alex to help guide you through the process.

Had a great buying experience with Alex! It all happened so quickly, from the moment I saw my amazing new home to moving in! As a first time buyer the whole process seemed overwhelming at first, but Alex helped navigate the whole way through and I learned a lot in the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, provide valuable insights, clear road blocks, and introduced me to a great lender and other professionals for a smooth transaction. She provided expert counselling and worked around the clock through the weekend to put together the winning offer in a highly competitive market. After the purchase she followed up regularly to make sure I was settling in well and even took it upon herself to handle some fit-and-finish work, chasing down and coordinating with contractors, to make everything just right! It was refreshing to work with someone who knows the business so well, has many valuable connections, and approaches everything with such energy and excitement. A true pleasure to work with.

My husband and I crash landed in her life and she was quick to clear her schedule to show us around Seattle during the only weekend we had available to see houses on our trip from the East Coast. Couldn't recommend Alex enough! We met her by chance at an open house, and she was incredibly helpful as we navigated purchasing our first home/condo. She was always available for anything we needed, all hours of the day.
