Not only will he provide you the best service and knowledge for this specific area, he will also keep the buying/selling experience a fun and enjoyable time (even in this stressful market). Big Al is the best real estate agent you could ask for. He was recommended to us by several friends (we know 3 other people that really enjoyed working with him) and now I’ll recommend him to you. Al made a stressful process easy and even sometimes fun. He really goes above and beyond for his clients.

We moved to Raleigh NC from NYC and we had absolutely no idea where to start. From the beginning Al made it very clear and simple. He walked us through every step of the process and explained everything we didn’t understand in detail. Al was ALWAYS available to answer questions we texted him after 9pm sometimes and he always found time to respond. He had a great knowledge of neighborhoods and communities because in addition to being a REA he’s also lived in Raleigh his whole life and is very active in the community. Al is also extremely honest. This was a BIG one for us. We never felt like he wanted to make a quick buck on a sale. He wanted us to find the right house and be happy. He suggested we pass on several places we might have otherwise made an offer and as we went further in the process we are SO glad we listened. In the end we listened to Al and found our dream home with less stress than we thought. Al was also willing and able to do what needed to be done to make things happen within our closing timeframe.

Big Al’s partner Jessica who handles important documents was also absolutely fabulous and extremely responsive. She was more on top of our documents than we were!! Alex recommend several people he had worked with from mortgage lenders to electricians or even restaurants and although we shopped around for services we found his recommendations were always solid and usually used them.

Trust me go with Big Al. Trust the process and you will not be disappointed.

Alex Lawrence was fantastic to work with. Buying a home via FaceTime from California is not an easy task; but Big Al made it feel like we were right there in person. We appreciate all that he has done to make sure we purchased the right house in the right neighborhood. If you are moving out of state to the Raleigh area BIG AL is your guy! We decided to move from out of state to the Raleigh area, probably during the most stressful time of our lives, but Alex made the transition as smooth (and fun) as possible. Alex was not only a knowledgeable realtor, but also went above and beyond to be our own personal tour guide when we couldn’t physically be there. He virtually showed us neighborhoods, home tours, and even went into craw spaces. If you are looking for a realtor to be on top of it, personable, and reliable, BIG AL is your guy!

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the triangle area, Big Al is your guy! His service and expertise is unmatched and he is also hilarious! Alex’s ability to leverage technology and willingness to go above and beyond gave us complete confidence to make an offer before ever walking through the front door. He even negotiated on our behalf Christmas Eve and did not stop until we were under contract. Over the next few weeks, Alex went out of his way to schedule inspections, meet contractors, collect/organize repair estimates and make sure everything was in place to close. There is no way we could have done it without him! Give Big Al a call and you will not regret it!

Moving from out of state is a scary process - the lack of familiarity with the market, neighborhoods, and being a first time homebuyer, its even scarier!
Then you throw in COVID and a tricky scenario becomes even more tricky!
Then comes Big Al! The guy knows the market, he knows people and he knows how to get things done! Al was honest, helpful and fun to work with from day 1! He made it happen for us in under a month, and we couldn't be any happier.
He and the rest of the Linda Craft team were absolutely fantastic to work with, and its great to know we continue to have his support!
