We met him at an open house and although we had discussed the idea of upgrading to a new home, weren't actively in the market. After talking to him and seeing a few homes similar to what we were looking for with Alex on the spot on his computer we suddenly found ourselves very excited to begin looking for an upgrade from our home. After looking up our address on his computer he immediately told us that he may have a buyer for our home. He was very approachable, non-pushy and we made a great connection with him. He literally brought 3 prospective buyers to our home that following week and we ended up selling to the second ones without even listing our home for marketing. Of course, we now needed to find a home for ourselves. Alex did a great job of weeding out the junk listings even if there were a few we were interested in, we quickly learned why he chose to leave those homes out and began trusting his instinct. He had a clear understanding of what we were looking for (probably even better than we did at first) especially after he had seen our current home and the fact that he knew the market we were in meant he had seen most of the homes listed before we did. In a total of 52 days we were able to put our current home in escrow, find a new home and close escrow on both deals within 5 days of each other. This review was long over due for our favorite realtor!

After my first conversation with him it was clear he had a vast understanding of the real estate market in east Chula Vista and we decided to work with him. I immediately struck a good connection with him and was impressed with how well he explained everything. I highly recommend getting in touch with him as I feel he gave me a very accurate and informative assessment from the get go and this made the difference in being able to find the right home. He's a strong negotiator and when the deal doesn't seem right, he's not afraid to let you know as a true consultant should. We will definitely be working with him again and recommending him to our friends and family!

I decided that I would go around interviewing agents by visiting multiple open houses and that's how I came across Mr Alex. I had probably visited 8 open houses with different agents the prior weeks and I thought I was almost ready to contact one of the agents I met until I walked into his open house on a home I wasn't even interested in since I knew it would be out of my budget. I hate getting guided walk troughs since I usually like to just explore on my own without pestering agents following me. He immediately greeted me and suggested I tour the home and he would be around if I had any questions. Long story short, somehow halfway into my tour he ended up giving me the guided tour which ended up being very helpful and worth while. I asked myself how he managed to do what I had willingly denied so many other agents the right to with my full consent? That's when I noticed that this was the kind of guy you want selling your own home. Great charisma and very informative. Definitely not your stereotypical agent. Happy to say that Alex sold my home above my asking price. Our work together was cut short since I had to leave CA for a few months due to work, but when I return, the first person I'm calling is Alex to get started on finding me a home.

Our loan officer recommended him to us and even though we were already in the early stages of talking to another agent, we decided to work with him because we just clicked immediately with him, loved how he could flip the switch from being professional and pragmatic to being outgoing and full of positive energy. This worked for us because we were still unsure as to what we wanted to do. The process with Alex was simple, he never over promised and under delivered. Our expectations were set right from the start and this helped keep a level head throughout everything. Selling and buying can be stressful but with Alex, things went smooth and we were able to sell our home and buy a larger home stress free. Although we hope to stay in our new home for many years, we would use Alex again without a doubt and have recommended him to our family members.
