I greatly enjoyed working with Alex. My partner and I knew we were entering a very challenging market, especially as a first time buyer. Alex helped us navigate the craziness and kept us motivated, and eventually we found an awesome house. Alex was also super responsive to any question or concern we had, which were many, and never once became annoyed with my indecisiveness, which I don't know. I highly recommend working with Alex. He'll put in the work and get you what you want.

Since we had such a great experience using Alex for our home purchase, it was a no-brainer for us to choose him again for the sale of our home. Once again he did not let us down and exceeded our already high expectations we set from our previous experience with him. Alex Marquez is such a phenomenal realtor. We don’t think our first and ever process of buying a home could have gone any smoother. He was my husband and I’s realtor back in 2019. This was our very first time buying a home. We were on the search for 2 years, we wanted to be completely sure when it came to settling. He was so consistent throughout those two years. He never rushed us and was always so gracious. It was so refreshing finding him because the previous realtors we were working with were very pushy nor do I think they took our interest to heart. There were plenty of times we’d spend days looking at homes that turned out to be what we didn’t want. Which would lead us back to square one. But he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We nearly searched every corner of San Diego looking for the perfect home for our family of 4. We’d send him listings that we wanted to see almost every two weeks and as so he would. We told him our budget from the beginning and he kept that in mind thoroughly. He went above and beyond for us through our process and made it as less stressful as he possibly could! Don’t ever hesitate. In my opinion, the best realtor in San Diego!!! Wish we could take him with us to the next place we buy!!
