Alex is a true professional. I’ve worked alongside some agents and have heard some horror stories when it came to working with agents when selling their homes. Let me tell you that if you’re looking to buy or sell a home in Washington state, look no further than Alex! From the first conversation all the way to the funding of the loan, Alex kept us up to date on everything, every step of the way! His attention to detail is second to none. The staging of the home was beautiful, the drone photos attributed to getting top dollar for our home as well. The process could not have been any smoother either, all the way from appraisals, inspections and even working with the escrow company. There was never a doubt in my mind that the home would not get exactly what we were looking for. I believe that Alex will be one of the top agents in WA due to the amount of passion and care he puts into every thing that goes along with making the customers happy. It’s important to him to ensure that at the end of the day, the customer comes first. It truly shows and I definitely look forward to closing many deals with him in the near future!

My Realtor Alex McGee deserves 10 stars!

Like many sellers, I wanted to achieve the highest potential gain the market would yield for my home which was located in Maple Valley, WA. I knew I’d have to invest in updates, but needed guidance to achieve maximum impact while minimizing costs. I asked family and trusted friends if they knew a good Realtor I could rely on and was told to contact Alex McGee at COMPASS.

My initial call to Alex was answered promptly, which set the tone for his responsiveness that remained impeccable hence forth. He gave me his undivided attention and offered to evaluate the property the following day. After touring the home Alex was decisive in advising a course of action he felt strongly would meet my expectations. He also had a network of reputable professionals at his disposal that would streamline the updating work process while fitting within my budget.

I made the right decision partnering with Alex. Working with Alex has been nothing but great. Alex is very professional, does his research, and responds quickly to any concerns or questions we have. We had certain things that we were looking for that were not easy to find in the Seattle area. However, Alex remained focused on those specifics during the house hunting process to meet our needs.
