Alex Mozingo

I am a local who can tie myself to the area since the 1670's. I live and breathe real estate. While I primarily specialize in East Cooper (Mt Pleasant, Sullivans Island, & Isle of Palms) and Downtown, I service the entire Charleston area with my real estate team and partners. I have been involved in the real estate and development world since 2003 as a Realtor, Developer, and General Contractor. I attended the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY and have a BS from the College of Charleston. My team and I are here to service all of your real estate needs both residential and commercial.

When I am not working in the real estate world, you can find me enjoying a Wando High football game, fishing the waters of the Lowcountry, or enjoying the backwoods with my kids and rescue dogs.
