Alex Munoz

Alex Munoz was born and raised in Gig Harbor, Washington where he has spent his whole life enjoying the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from Gig Harbor High School and received his associate degree from Pierce College, where he played baseball for two years. Graduating college in 2011 he saw an opportunity in a depressed economy to learn a profession he knew would be rewarding.

Alex’s family has bought, built, and sold real estate since he was a child. Growing up on an excavator with his dad clearing the lot or with his mom who was designing the house you can say real estate is in his blood. Alex completed his real estate licensing and started working for Windermere Real Estate at the age of twenty-one.

In 2011 the market was barely afloat, and people were still recovering from one of the worst recessions to ever hit this country, but it was a time of learning and a time of opportunity. Alex has seen the market pendulum swing from left to right and has never taken for granted the chance to learn and to become an expert.

Alex takes pride in being transparent and a professional, while providing solutions and wisdom during the process of buying, selling, or investing in residential real estate. Through the years he has developed and maintained a motivated passion for the industry and has created ever lasting relationships with his associates and clientele.
