Alex Pearl

Born to a family of successful New York City real estate brokers, Manhattan native Alex Pearl began his first foray the industry updating data when he was just a teenager. After graduating from Stuyvesant High NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Alex made his way out west where, for 10 years, he worked as -demand talent manager and acting coach — experiences he credits with reinforcing the importance of patience and putting the client's needs ahead of his own.

It wasn't long before Alex heeded the enduring call of New York real estate, however, and he's been a sought-after resource for Brooklyn and Manhattan buyers and sellers for nearly a decade. Known for his creative thinking and effortless ability to protect his clients' best interests, Alex is a knowledgeable asset with a bespoke approach. "Every client has different needs and goals and creating the best plan to help them fulfill those goals is my top priority."

Formerly at Corcoran, Alex was a consistent member of their Multi-Million Dollar Club and ranked in the top 2 percent of the behemoth NRT network's 46,000 salespeople. When he is not hard at work, you may catch him marathon training, playing golf and basketball, or studying furniture design.
