Alex is a veteran negotiator and Realtor with a diverse and varied background ranging from sales management of industrial products to Fortune 100 companies and working as a deck hand on a fishing trawler in the Bering Sea of Alaska. Alex is highly energetic, creative, and aggressive and will work in his client’s best interest with utmost loyalty and commitment.

Somac managed and operated residential and commercial properties for owner/clients in the capital district. We managed all facets including, leasing, zoning and code compliance, construction management, legal proceedings, accounting, and rent collection with the end goal of maximizing property value. I subsequently sold controlling interest and retained an interest and title of Vice President until 2016.
