I recently purchased a home in Walnut Creek with the help of Alex Rendez and am extremely happy with the entire process. He established strong rapport with the seller's agent and was able to submit a successful offer UNDER asking (which is a rarity these days). I hear all these nightmare stories about how challenging it is to buy a home in the area and experienced none of that, thanks to Alex's support and expertise. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable agent.

Alex is an awesome Real Estate Agent. He actually assisted me in purchasing my rental property in Merced in 2007 and recently facilitated the sale of the property this year. He ended up selling our property way over the asking price. Alex made the entire process so simple. He provided great advice and always kept us in the loop during the entire process. More importantly his knowledge of the housing market gave me a sense of comfort knowing I could trust him with one of the largest investment my wife and I made. Alex is a great realtor! This was our 5th home sale and we have NEVER used the same realtor. Everything in this sale was seamless!
