Alex Rios has more than 17 years of combined hands-on experience in different areas of Real Estate. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and revenue management Alex Rios now focuses mainly on ROI analysis and Property Management for private investors. Alex Rios is a Realtor with Treasure Property Group. In this role, Alex Rios looks after any possible deal that makes sense from an investor’s point of view providing all aspects of investing, including cap rates, cash on cash returns, repairs and management expenses. Specializing in properties for the investor (buying, selling, renting, repairing and/or managing), Alex successfully serves a range of clients, including local and international investors, small and large companies and entrepreneurs. Helping investors to achieve their goals by providing a clear insight of the deal, Alex Rios’ varied background in Revenue & Property Management and the use of raw land provided the perfect foundation for identifying the right properties for the investor. Passionate about Real Estate Investing and all its possibilities, Alex Rios provides all the necessary information to the investor in order to help him/her find, analyze, fund and ultimately take the best decision while reducing the risk. Being no stranger to most areas of Real Estate, Alex has spent 4 years as a pricing analyst and revenue manager in the hospitality industry and 13 years in agriculture where he learned the value of the land and how to evaluate projects from the landowner perspective. Over the last 11 years, he has been managing rental properties for a group of investors while buying, repairing and re-selling investment properties. Prior to starting his role in the hospitality business, Alex Rios spent 6 years as an airline agent. During those 6 years, he worked every day during the day time and at night he went to college until he graduated and obtained his degree in Business Administration. He learned that hard and smart work pays off.

Before joining Treasure Property Group in 2019, Alex Rios worked for over 20 years for a diverse range of organizations, including Copa Airlines, Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts, Paramount Hotel Times Square New York and Bernardo Alzate Nursery. A big believer in sports as a way to grow at all levels. Alex Rios is a marathon runner and a triathlete that has been supporting AYSO (American Youth Soccer Association) for the last 4 years, by donating his time as a coach to the 5-10-year-old boys’ teams. Alex Rios is a qualified Realtor and property manager and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from ICESI University in Colombia, S.A.
