Alex Schemel

Alex Schemel is an Associate with CBRE in the Fayetteville, Arkansas brokerage office. Working with David Erstine, he focuses primarily on industrial and retail leasing, tenant representation, and assisting buyers through the site selection and acquisition process throughout Northwest Arkansas. Prior to joining CBRE in 2020 Alex worked as an Account Manager for a Logistics company, where he gained an understanding of the dynamic demand of the industrial market. Alex is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas and currently lives in Springdale. He graduated from the University of Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management from the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
