His performance is unquestionably worth 5-star!! If there is a rating scale with 10 stars as the best, he would definitely get 10 stars. He is not only an excellent realtor, but also a very loyal and helpful person to a client. As a business person from Japan/Germany, I have met some very talented people from time to time over the past 30 years through my work. Needless to say, Alex is one of them. Alex is an amazing agent. We are first time homebuyers and were extremely nervous and overwhelmed to start the process. Alex made the whole process seem so easy and simple. Fast responses, attention to detail, professional, and could give an answer to every single question or concern. We are located in the suburbs and Alex made the drive without hesitation to show us homes! During this extremely crazy market which at times felt defeating Alex had a positive attitude and assured us we would find the perfect home for our family. Very supportive, professional, experienced, caring and extremely helpful is how we would describe our realtor, Alex Susma!

Alex explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process of purchasing our home and subsequently finding the best tenant to rent our newly purchased home for one year until we are able to move in!

It was because of Alex’s ideas and negotiating skills that our purchase offer was accepted against a group of several other simultaneous offers, without the need for us to overpay for the property. Alex really cares about us. He understood our needs from the very first meeting, to even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space by offering an option of virtual staging. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.

Alex was above and beyond in everything. He probably took me to many homes, was super patient, and quickly discerned what I was looking for when I wasn't sure myself. Being a first time home buyer is intimidating but Alex helped me negotiate through a tricky VA loan in the midst of covid, and helped organize the contractors I wanted while I was busy working in a hospital.

You should not pass this guy up, he is 100% the best.

Not even sure where to begin! To all the sellers/buyers out there, my best advice is to not settle until you get butterflies with a place. I would find myself saying “I mean I like it” and then Alex would say “Nope - we are moving on lol” because he could tell that there was something holding me back from loving the ones we saw. He truly does care about his clients and wants to make sure they get exactly what they are looking for. I highly recommend Alex to anyone that is looking for an agent as he helped me buy and then sell my condo in the city. You are seriously the best Alex!!!!

Alex is incredibly dedicated to what he does! We were looking for a new place to rent and Alex really took the time to listen to us and look for what we wanted within the budget we had set. From the very beginning he listened and took our preferences into consideration with all the listings he would send. He was consistent and very patient with us – who took our time looking at places and took measurements of every room we walked into. He was flexible and worked with our schedule to be able to view some of our top choices in a timely matter. Alex was truly a pleasure to work with. He was easy going, honest, and very knowledgeable, all qualities that aren’t easily found in this market. We would highly recommend him to anybody who is in search of a new home. Alex was a constant source of information and researched properties that suited our needs thoroughly and on a weekly basis until we secured our home. Alex has a very calm demeanor which helped us through the emotional roller coaster of finding our home. We also had time restraints around when we needed to purchase and move in and not once did we feel rushed into buying anything that wasn't right for the needs of our growing family.

His knowledge of buildings and repair work was also very helpful. He was always honest with us in regards to the state construction of each home we inspected.
