About Alex

Alex is as close to a native as one can be, having been born in Lincoln Nebraska but raised in the shadows of Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs. Throughout his college years Alex knew he would eventually settle in the Mile High City. After a few years of world travel and finding his way back to Colorado, his well-rounded background began in finance and then on to real estate in the title and escrow industry. He quickly became a high producing escrow officer, and, gained invaluable back of house knowledge of real estate transactions that uniquely serve him and his clients. Alex has worked in acquisitions and sales for Denver-based, investment driven real estate companies, and also has firsthand experience of renovating his own investment properties in Denver. This cumulative knowledge allows him to apply his acumen to whatever type of transaction a client may need. Whether it is buying, selling, or investment, Alex prides himself on helping his clients navigate the complexities of the fast-paced Denver real estate market. In his off time, Alex enjoys traveling, snowboarding, golf and anything outdoors with his wife, Kirsty and golden retriever, Ruby. Having dealt in many areas of the city, from Littleton to City Park and beyond, Alex aims to skillfully guide his clients in all their real estate needs.
