I worked with Alexa for 2 years trying to buy my first house in the crazy Covid market. If I could give her 15 stars I would. She was amazing, from responding to texts at 9pm on a Sunday, to working with my extremely indecisive thoughts on a house, and making offers that we both kinda knew were pointless. Alexa had all the answers I needed and she did it all without a second thought. She is by far the most understanding, smart, and caring person that I have had the pleasure of working with. It may have taken 2 years but her hard work got me my first home. If your here reading this review debating working with Alexa I'm here to say DO IT! You will not regret it.

Alexa helped has been our go-to realtor for many years! She is helpful, transparent and tenacious. When we sold our home in Spokane she did everything she could to ensure we had the best showing possible, even going so far as to pick up the hundreds of apples that fell from our tree the night before. We love Alexa!

We worked with Alexa and 4 Degrees on purchasing our very first home as a newly married couple. To say she made the process easy, understandable, and fun would be an understatement. Alexa was calm, clear, and really kind to us as we searched for houses in the dead of winter. She helped us navigate the deals in the Spokane South Hill/ South Perry area, which I had said would be a "dream that probably isn't going to happen". But it DID and it was all thanks to her and the lender she recommended. We literally got our dream home in the dream neighborhood. And it was our first offer! Could not recommend her enough.

Alexa was amazing to work with when we bought our first house… so much so that we couldn’t wait to work with her again when we were ready to sell and start the process all over again! She is SO knowledgeable and really made the entire home buying/selling process enjoyable. Within the last 3 years we purchased our first home, listed it for sale and then purchased our dream home. As anyone can imagine buying and selling a home in a crazy market can be very overwhelming but Alexa made all three transactions run smoothly. Her guidance was so appreciative when submitting and reviewing offers. Alexa is truly the best in the biz.

Alexa was great! I was living 70 miles away during my home search and she updated me daily on new listings, was accommodating to my schedule for property tours and even FaceTimed me from properties when I couldn’t tour them in person. She ultimately discovered a property that had not yet gone to market and arranged an off-market purchase for me. It was an incredibly smooth process in a stressful and competitive market.
