Alexa is very passionate about her profession and she goes above and beyond to get the job done. We purchased our house through her and sold through her.

Alexa does not want you to spend the money unnecessarily unless there is a real need . She provides timely advice from the start to the finish line.

There were a few hiccups while selling our house as we had a few first time buyers walk away but she always kept us calm and gave us the confidence that "I promise everything will be okay". Alexa makes right calls with the pricing as we had to change the price due to market conditions.

Alexa is special and we feel like she is part of our family!!!

Alexa is truly a special person. Words cannot begin to describe the amount of kindness, passion, and genuine authenticity she exudes. I’ve been a client of Alexa’s for over 5 years and time and time again she goes above and beyond.

She is professional and organized, always having all paperwork ready with no errors.

She is responsive at all hours of the day.

She takes the time to get to know you and build a relationship with you. She learns from you what you like and don’t like and coaches you through making a decision on property buying.

Buying and selling property is stressful but Alexa’s energy and commitment to her clients makes you feel safe and know you are being more that taken care of. You feel as though you’re her only client. She went to every showing we asked every last minute property we wanted to check out and gave us her opinions and pointed out things we never would have considered.

Her diligence in research of comps and how she walked me through every step on the process from the first search click to signing the dotted line she was by my side every step of the way.

For any photo shoots I’ve done with her she comes and does a full sweep beforehand to ensure everything is perfect. She has a beautiful set up of pamphlets and all safety gear and signs for people coming in and out of the house.

The biggest things that stick out to me that I cannot expressive enough which make her so extra special is you can tell she undeniably cares and is deeply invested in making sure her clients are happy and get what they want. I’ve never felt more confident in a person by my side through one of the most expensive purchases and sales you make in your entire life.

Alexa is truly an exemplary model of premium client service and I will refer her to anyone and everyone time and time again.

Worked with Alexa “Mimi” Wagner to sell my parents home. Her pricing was spot on and her marketing plan was detailed and well thought out. She was exceptional in dealing with my aging parents - very patient in explaining the same things many times. And they felt they were well cared for and important clients. In this “sellers market” she was very knowledgeable and able to talk my parents through the multiple offers they received. Additionally her referrals for movers, attorneys, etc displayed the same care and concern for my parents as clients.

Selling your home can be extremely stressful, Alexa made ours a wonderful experience. In a HOT market, some may think “by owner” is the way to go(especially cheapskates like me); however Alexa’s experience, knowledge and energy gets the job done.
