I have gotten to know Alex over the past year working directly with him in finding investment properties and primary residences, as well as just learning the more about the local market from him. He is skilled with both investment properties as well as primary residences and he recently helped my family and me find the perfect home for us. He is extremely responsive and professional and handled any issues that came up during the closing / due diligence process. Alex is a great agent! He’s friendly and personable, as well as well as very knowledgeable about the market in the Myrtle Beach area. If he does not know something, he is more than willing to help you find answers to your questions with patience. As a first time buyer, the experience of purchasing a property was intimidating and stressful, though Alex made sure everything ran as smooth as possible—all of my needs were met. He was extremely helpful on informing me of what the home buying process is like in South Carolina as well as helping me put together an offer. He went above and beyond to help me out. Alex did an AMAZING job for me! I couldn't believe how fast he got our house under contract. I had tried to sell the house myself first. My open house had maybe 3 people, and 2 were neighbors.
