Alex is an old middle school friend of mine and we reconnected after college. I reached out to him because I needed to find myself a place in Providence and I saw he was in real estate. He responded right away and needless to say real estate was very new to me so I had a lot of questions. I was starting a new job in Providence and where I lived at the time was going to be a tough commute. Alex thankfully understood this and made sure he was always available to me. He searched and sent me apartments that I looked over online. He set everything up and we went to see them until we found THE ONE. It only took him a week and I was already moving in the following weekend. I was impressed with his local knowledge of the areas in Providence and his dedication. I made the right move working with a Alex and I intent to purchase my first home with him in the near future. Thanks bro!

I work for the government and my contract in Rhode Island was coming to an end. I was renting at the time and preparing to purchase a home in RI soon. Unfortunately the job situation did not go as planned. I was required to relocate to Maryland on short notice. I have known Alex for a few years now and he always stood out to me as honest, genuine and kind.I asked for his help and to this day I am glad I didl. He searched out local agents in Maryland and screened them for me. It freed up time in my life to prepare for the arduous move. He chose an agent in Maryland for me and explained where I would be working, how far of a commute I was okay with, the type of heating fuel I wanted and more. They worked together over the phone and computer finding me what is now my dream home. I never had to repeat myself because the other agent was already briefed by Alex. He made sure things went smoothly for during this extremely difficult time in my life. I am very happy where I am now and thankful that I chose you man!

We worked with Alex and LOVED him. He texted back almost immediately or at least within an hour or two. He was super friendly and gave us an intense amount of information about any property we were interested in as well as suggesting houses that fit our needs. He was really awesome all around and we will be referring him to any of our friends that are buying a house.

Someone I work with recommended Alex when I mentioned my interest in home ownership. They told me that it was hard for them to find a home due to their financial situation and Alex never gave up on them. I knew that was someone I wanted to work with. I was knew to everything and had lots of questions. He was always able to speak with me over the phone to clear up any confusion and put my mind at ease. He educated us along the way and really made us confident in our decision to move forward. We would say that Alex was always there and made us feel comfortable he was awesome!

I met Alex through a friend who referred him to me for his professionalism and loyalty. My friend had a tough time with finding the right realtor that took the times to learn his needs and help him find a home. I had high expectation based on how my friend talked about Alex. I met Alex for the first time in Newport because I sent him addresses of condos I was interested in. He was able to explain how condo purchases are a little different than homes because there is a condo association. There are certain questions that Alex knew to ask the owners/agents that I would have never thought to bring up and Alex did. He saved us a lot of time. I could also see that his goal was to find the condo that was right for me not just any condo that he thought was right for me. I truly felt that Alex was in service to me for me and not the money. In the future when I intend on investing I will debe calling Alex in the future when the time comes. Alex was in service to me at all times and handled my situation with ease.

Alex is wonderful to work with. He is attentive, patient, and looks out for your best interest. He is truly an amazing person and realtor. Alex never tried to pressure us during the purchase of our home. Even up until the very end, when we almost walked away from the deal because the sellers had breached the contract, he still did not attempt to pressure us and was only concerned with us getting the best home for our needs.
