Alexander Escobar holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and management, which allows him to have a more in-depth understanding of the real estate market from a financial perspective. Mr. Escobar is an exemplary Broker Associate and adept at working in the fast-paced South Florida market. Mr. Escobar was elected to the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtor Association in 2017. He played an integral role in the merger of GFLR and RAPB which created the newly formed Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale, the 3rd largest Realtor association in the country. He was also appointed to the finance committee which laid the budgetary groundwork for the newly formed association.
He was recognized by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtor Association for his maturity and discerning judgment by being appointed as Chairperson of the Grievance Committee followed by being appointed as the director liaison to the Executive Board during his tenure as a Board of Director member. His involvement with the Grievance Committee lasted four years (his first year he was named Rookie of the Year) and is now a current member of the Professional Standards Committee which enforces the 17 Articles of Ethics developed by the National Association of Realtors.
As is evident from his portfolio and outstanding transaction record, Mr. Escobar is a highly motivated professional who utilizes highly targeted social media campaigns by including specific “behaviors” and “interests” thus maximizing ad visibility. His awards, leadership, and productivity demonstrate robust performance. Mr. Escobar is a member of the Million Dollar Guild (GUILD). Members of the GUILD are specialists who have proven success in the million-dollar and above market. He has also received multiple Platinum Club awards from REMAX International as well as being inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame. He also serves as interim Broker when the managing broker of the firm is out of the office and is the team leader for Alex Escobar & Associates of REMAX Preferred.
