Before entering the field of real estate Alexander worked for Merrill Lynch Private Banking where he managed assets for high-net worth families and trusts. He holds a law degree from Middlesex University and an M.B.A with a specialization in Finance from the University of Leicester and is an expert in property valuations, comparable market analyses, CAP rates and ROI’s.
