In 2021, I listed 64 houses, and sold 49 across the state of Texas. In 2022 I listed 48, and sold 43. And in 2023, I sold 22 homes, 5 apartment complexes, and 4 RV Parks. The average real estate agent does around 12 transactions per year.
In 3 years I've gained more knowledge and experience than some agents do during their entire careers. In the residential world, I’ve sold everything from tear downs and bungalows, all the way to high end designer homes, rentals, and even Airbnb's. And in the world of commercial real estate, I specialize in RV parks, and apartment complexes.
One of my biggest strengths as a realtor is knowing how to create, package, and market a listing in order to attract the right buyers.
