Alexander Heisinger

Local knowledge at your disposal – Born and raised in Carmel, Alex is a fifth-generation resident whose family settled on four hundred acres of the Big Sur coast at Rocky Creek in the 1880’s. Since arriving to the area, Alex’s family has maintained a continued involvement in real estate, through land speculation and development to construction, architecture & real estate law. At an early age Alex acquired a deep-rooted passion for real estate and decided to peruse a degree in Real Estate & Land Use Affairs.

Alex is a skilled negotiator – with an extensive knowledge of all thing’s real estate. At the age of twenty-five he received his broker’s license. The highest form of licensing given by the state of California. During his career he has completed a multitude of transactions, varying in complexity throughout Northern California. Completed transactions have included the representation of clients in both the purchase and sale of luxury residential, land, commercial & multi-family properties. Alex has spoken as a guest lecturer and contributed to articles published in Builder Magazine. Currently, he serves as a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors (MCAR) Education Committee and as a member of the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea’s Historic Resources Board
