Alexander is an amazing real estate agent. He guided us along the sales process every step of the way. We had an original deal that went south. But, he had a strategic back up offer and kept in touch with the other agents. We were able to get the condo sold for cash and close within three weeks. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.

I live out of state and was looking to purchase a property in Chicago. Alex had come highly recommended and I now know why. Alex went to multiple properties for us and was communicative the entire time (a necessity when you’re virtual and not able to see the properties in person). He would FaceTime me or send videos of the properties and give an overview that was very helpful. Ultimately, we decided on a condo in the Lake View neighborhood and I was flying out for the closing.

Prior to arriving, and as soon as I got there, Alex was reaching to make sure we had a look at the property before closing to ensure everything was up to par, I was on a tight schedule as I had a calendar full of other meetings but he worked around everything. He picked me up to check out the property the day before the closing and picked me up to attend the closing with me. The lawyer I had made a remark about the quality of an agent that shows up to closings, and I couldn’t agree more.

Alex, you were great to work with and we truly appreciate your communication, professionalism and understanding our needs. I highly recommend using Alex for your purchase or sale, he’s just awesome!

He really cares about his clients, he always kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new opportunity came on the market.
