Alexander Klonsky

As a San Francisco native, Alex Klonsky has treasured living in many of the city’s dynamic neighborhoods and knows the specific characteristics each unique area has to offer. Alex gained an appreciation for properties from his father, an experienced builder and restoration expert in San Francisco. He was inspired by the many renovation, restoration, and crafting projects his father completed on the homes he grew up in, and he knew he would eventually make his own mark on the exciting world of real estate.

Alex earned his degree in legal studies in business from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. Prior to real estate, he had a successful career as an accountant and tax preparer. He consulted many real estate professionals, brokers, and investors on tax strategies and the financial implications of real estate assets and transactions.

Now, as a seasoned real estate professional, Alex is driven by helping first-time homebuyers, long-time real estate investors, and homeowners achieve their investment goals. Alex has cultivated a vast network of resources across the real estate community, which enables him to confidently guide his clients in any market situation. A true partner and trusted advisor, Alex consistently goes above and beyond what’s expected and is creating a new standard of distinction in the trade.

When he’s not busy supporting his clients, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, a NICU nurse at CPMC. He is an avid skier and seeks every opportunity to escape to the slopes of Tahoe when he can. Alex also loves soaking up the sun at any one of the wonderful San Francisco area beaches.
