Alex Tzallas is the consummate professional in real estate. We've used Alex's services for over 6 years, and he has never disappointed us. Whether we have had a need for his services for rental units or for the sale of properties, Alex has made every effort to assist us, and he has been successful in every one of our experiences. Our most recent experience in selling my aunt's condo from her estate resulted in an unexpected $40,000 additional from the original price last year, and this gain was the direct result of our following his advice to remodel the condo. We spent about $10,000 for the floors, light fixtures, granite countertops and plumbing, so we had a net gain of $30,000. That was far beyond our expectations. During a year of waiting for us to clear various legal and construction obstacles, Alex was very patient and contacted us regularly to survey our progress. We never felt alone throughout the process, and as you might be able to tell, we're very appreciative as well as the other beneficiaries. We expect to continue to work with Alex for both our rental units and for other properties, and we frequently seek his advice about housing and rental markets. His contacts in other states have also resulted in very positive results.

I loved working with Alex. He sold my house in 2019 and found me an apartment. In 2022 I decided to find a townhouse. Guess who I called, Alex. He gets to know his clients. He does not talk real estate language but talks to you like a friend. Gives you pros and cons on the property. I recommend Alex to anyone who

In a word, Alex Tzallas is amazing! Alex was with us every step of the way to guide us through the sale of our Lakeview home and purchase of a fantastic south loop condo within 54 days. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, organized and kept us on task to complete both transactions quickly and exceptionally. He arranged for pictures, which beautifully accentuated our home and recommended an excellent real estate attorney. Together we worked as a team to complete the sale and purchase. We received beyond what we expected for the house and also got a very nice deal on the condo which included many extras negotiated by Alex. Alex was full service. He was very accessible and scheduled and conducted house and condo showings quickly. He negotiated good deals on both transactions and even helped us pick out paint colors and advised on decor.
