Alex served as out listing agent for the recent house sale. Alex was recommended by our friends as a great agent.
During initial meeting he provided detailed market analysis and priced the house more precisely than other local agents.
He also advised how to prepare the house for sale, and how to properly stage it with current furniture, and without additional expenses on the staging.
He provided great advices on sale contract negotiation with the buyers and follow up closely with the buyer agent and the attorneys.
Alex constantly kept us updated on the status of the contract.
During the closing some Alex drove the resolution of few remarks that were raised by buyers during the final walkthrough.
Overall, Alex made the process of house selling not as stressful as it could be, and we definitely recommend Alex as realtor agent.
