I have nothing but positive things to say about Alex. Even though the market was starting to head south when I needed to sell, Alex was able to make it happen. I first met Alex when I hired him as a surf instructor for my grandson five years ago. He was very dedicated and professional in his teaching and care. I became aware, a little while later, that he was a real estate agent as well. At the time I first met Alex, I was living in the San Fernando Valley. I informed him that I was moving to San Diego County and needed to find a home for my grandchildren and their grandmother. Being a first time buyer, he explained the entire process and set up appointments to see houses that would meet my expectations. In a very short time, I found the house I wanted. Alex was a great negotiator, and the price was right! During the entire process, Alex was always available to answer my questions, or go house hunting. Not only is he a great friend, but he is also a 5 star realtor!
