Alexandra Aulum

Alexandra Aulum-Pedersen was born in Switzerland and grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho. Since then, she has moved around and lived in four different countries before settling down in the state of Washington.

Alexandra has always wanted to help and work with people and was first attracted to the real estate industry for this reason. As the daughter of immigrants, she understands the significance of being able to call a home one's own. Alexandra started a business with her business partner in real estate wholesaling and decided to become a fully licensed broker so that she could better utilize her sales and real estate expertise. She specializes in residential and multifamily properties. Her goal is to help people find their perfect home and achieve their financial dreams.

Alexandra currently lives in Seattle, Washington with her dog and cat. She spends her free time hiking and doing nature photography.
