Alexandra Machado Born in Puerto Rico, Alexandra moved to Northern Virginia following 12 years in Texas, where she first earned her real estate license. Before beginning her real estate career, Alexandra worked for six years in the fraud department of a Texas bank. Alexandra joined Long & Foster with five years’ experience in real estate. Her interest in the profession was kindled when she purchased her first home in Texas. She fell in love with the process and envisioned herself helping others buy or sell a home. Alexandra brings exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to her business. She is diligent in educating her clients, ensuring that they are well prepared for each step of their transactions. With a bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing, she is also skilled in promoting her listings, maximizing their exposure to the most likely buyers. Alexandra is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys working with people of all backgrounds to make their transactions as rewarding and enjoyable as possible. Alexandra is a resident of Northern Virginia. When she’s not immersed in real estate, she enjoys music, art, museums and movie nights with her three children.
