Alexandra Philius

After earning my Bachelor's in Communications, I dove headfirst into curating, marketing, and managing events for South Florida’s vibrant creative scene. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for crafting unforgettable experiences, which has led to national recognition in event production.

With a track record of delivering on clients’ visions, I’ve had the privilege of directing and producing events across the U.S., partnering with top brands like Billionaire Boys Club, Roc Nation, PUMA, Def Jam, Year of Ours, and many more.

When the pandemic paused the world, I took the opportunity to pivot and obtain my real estate license. That move led to a job with a prestigious interior design firm, where I honed my skills and forged valuable connections. In my first year as a real estate agent, I sold $3.62 million and secured leases for around 20 clients. Today, I am 100% self-employed, specializing in luxury real estate in South Florida, while continuing to oversee event production projects.

In addition to my real estate career, I’m currently serving as the Senior Manager of Audience Outreach & Creative Strategies at Warner Music Group. In this role, I develop innovative strategies to connect artists with fans through digital campaigns, events, activations, and experiential installations. I collaborate closely with artists and teams to create meaningful fan experiences that drive engagement and brand loyalty.

I am also the Co-Founder & CEO of Slice Girls Tennis Club, an initiative dedicated to empowering women through fitness and community. Our weekly tennis fitness events bring women of all levels together, fostering both physical health and a supportive network. At Slice Girls, we believe in the power of sport to unite, inspire, and create lasting bonds within the community.

Outside of my work in real estate, event production, and Slice Girls, I dedicate my time to giving back by curating fundraising events and supporting creative development opportunities for underprivileged teens in the Miami area. I’m passionate about leveraging my skills to make a positive impact, whether it’s through music, real estate, or community-driven initiatives.
