One of my co workers highly recommended Alexandre as a realtor when I told her I wanted to buy a house in Orlando area.
And I am forever grateful she did, because since day one Alexandre showed me how serious he takes his job, putting all the efforts to understand my needs and align expectations. It was my very first time buying a house in my life (and in United States!) - something exciting indeed, but that also can be a little scary and overwhelming.
Fortunately, Alexandre was able to walk me through the entire process, providing all the details and supporting me from the visits until the closing. He was incredibly helpful, showing us about 10 properties in just a couple of days, working on offers late at night on 2 of them. Alex listened to our needs and he delivered! Alex did an outstanding job, me and my business partner were looking for a vacation home near by Disney and other thematic parks, and we were struggling to find the right house for several months.
We were ready to give up, however I got a recommendation from a friend of mine about Alex, and we decided to tru it out and guess what, Alex was able to find our dream house in only 2 days!! Yes only 2 days! Definitely he is an expert in this area.
The process was very smooth and my closing was done by Dec 06 (3 wks only).

He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the selling of our first home in Winter Garden-FL seamless. We feel so blessed that he was our realtor. I was quite nervous about the process of selling my first house, considering I was living in Boca Raton-FL, almost 200 miles away during the entire process.

Alex walked me through step-by-step, made sure I knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiations.
