Alexandria is the crème de la crème of realtors!! Everything you want and need in a spunky, knowledgeable and focused package!!!
She is honest, genuine and patient! Those are the main ingredients for a successful realtor/buyer relationship. She kept me informed of all things in a timely manner and excels at providing insight without being pushy.
I should mention, our partnership was a long distance one( who says long distance can’t work 😂 ) For this reason, I especially appreciated her thorough knowledge of VA and home architecture/structure.
We made a great team and I am lucky we were matched as I believe it made all the difference. I would refer her without thinking!!

We began our home buying search in the height of this crazy housing market and Alexandria kept us positive and gave great advice for the year-long process! If you're looking for a realtor in the Richmond area, Alexandria should be first on your list. She is prompt, well-connected, and thorough in helping clients navigate the overwhelming process of buying a home. As a first-time homebuyer in a seller's market, I came with a great deal of questions and nerves- Alexandria made sure I was comfortable and informed each step of the way.

Alexandria worked extremely hard to find what I was looking for. She never gave up hope that we would find the perfect fit and was quick to pivot when my interests or criteria changed. It was clear that she put intentional thought into each property she took me to see, which indicated that she understood my needs and respected my time. Alexandria even showed me an off-market property that she found through her wide-reaching industry network. She doesn't waste a second going after what her clients want. One night, I was snooping around on Zillow and sent her a home I thought I might want to see. 20 minutes later we had a viewing scheduled for the very next morning at 8am. I am now sitting in that home, 3 months after closing, writing this review!

My experience working with Alexandria was phenomenal. She went above and beyond, far exceeding any expectations I had about the home-buying process. She has truly set the bar high for every real-estate agent in the greater Richmond area- Alexandria, thank you thank you thank you!

Alexandria was incredibly helpful and patient in my search for a home, especially as a first time home buyer trying to navigate a crazy market. She jumped on every new listing, was super responsive and flexible, and did a great job of explaining each step of the process. She recommended a great inspector (shoutout to Brad) and some very helpful mortgage lenders. Since it took many home tours and offers before I found my house, I spent a ton of time with Alexandria and can say that she is not only a great realtor, but also a very chill person to hang around with! I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone in the Richmond area.

Navigating the home buying process is never easy, especially in today’s market as a young, first time home buyer but, Alexandria made the process as seamless and stress free as possible. She provided us with great recommendations, expert advice and always went the extra mile. She was also always so willing to show us a wide variety of houses whether they were the best fit for us or not, until we found exactly what we wanted and needed. We ended up finding the perfect home (right around the corner from her conveniently enough 😉), and didn’t have to go way over asking price or compromise what we we needed.

If you’re in the market, curious, or just need someone to talk to/vent to about the home buying process, I could not recommend Alexandria more. Her knowledge, expertise, connections and patience are truly one of a kind and I could not be more grateful to have had her as my realtor.

Alex has now helped me purchase a condo and my husband and I purchase a home. She is the best- patient, knowledgeable, attentive and creative.

The condo she found at the height of the market (off-market) which was an absolute game changer. We were able to get our home for under asking price and with closing costs paid by seller.

I had a great experience working with Alex! She was super responsive, knowledgeable about the process, and very transparent about the state of the market/what to expect.

I had a tight timeline for finding a new home, and she was able to recommend a wonderful neighborhood to look at, as well as being really accommodating to my schedule.
