Alexis Mintz

Alexis Hilton Mintz joined Fox Residential Group in 2002. Alexis was immersed in the real estate world from an early age both from her aunt Barbara Fox, on the residential side, and from her father, Joseph Hilton, on the commercial end. Alexis knows the market inside and out. She has a real knack for both locating the perfect home for her customers and expertly managing her exclusive listings for sale. She has been involved in the transfer of major cooperative and condominium apartments and townhouses throughout the city, adeptly steering her customers through the often difficult and complex purchase or sale process. Growing up in Manhattan, Alexis attended the Spence School and Trinity School before graduating from Colgate University. She lives on the Upper West Side with her two children and dog.
