I first met Alexis about 2 years ago while my husband and I were getting ready to sell our rental in NJ to buy something in California, where we currently live. Alexis not only helped every step of the buying / 1031 exchange process but made sure that the multifamilies she showed us made financial sense for an investment. Alexis Womack made what felt impossible, possible! We were ready to give up after trying to buy a house for over a year. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She went above and beyond with everything. She was on top of everything and was very professional. Upon contacting her, she will discuss with you what your real estate needs are, and if needed, will arrange for you to meet with a preferred lender so you can get prequalified.
