Where do I begin about how great my experience was working with Alexis as my realtor. When I was introduced to Alexis I had a sense of urgency on finding the right commercial space for my business. I had been looking for over a year for a space and ran into a lot of barriers (Location,price, appropriate space,etc).
From day 1 she heard every concern and was very diligent about finding a space that I was happy with all way around.
Once we found a space I liked she negotiated everything!!
She did not hesitate to speak up for me and my expectations and she even ensured that work was done as needed prior to lease signing.
She eased my nerves daily and honestly made this such a smooth process. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
I will be using her for all future realtor needs and referring her to anyone I know because the customer service alone is exactly what sets her apart from the rest. Bottom line she gets it done seamlessly.
Look no further,she is The one!

Mrs. Wise was a excellent realtor. We were looking at one of her rental properties and wasn’t interested in that particular property. We wanted to see another property that wasn’t listed as her property and we we’re having trouble with that realtor of that property to set appointment to see that house. Mrs. Wise said let me look into it and I will take you all to see the property. Lol just like that we stole Mrs. Wise as our agent. Mrs. Wise assisted us in all aspects. She went above and beyond to help us find home. We had challenging credit and had a deadline to move. The week of the move Mrs. Wise found us home, she will not give up on putting my family into a home. After moving into the home Mrs. Wise still calls & check up on us and stay in contact with our new landlord to ensure they do what they have to do. It’s no other realtor like Mrs. Wise. You looking for realtor “don’t look no further hire Mrs. Alexis Wise”. I promise you that you won’t regret.
