I want to know what each person believes, what is important to them and I find great joy in assisting them match their dreams with practical steps to achieve their best outcomes. I think of myself as an artist, traveler, dreamer, reader, and gardener in no priority order. I came back to Portland in 2004 after a career as a diversity and organizational-development consultant, helping international and domestic businesses and nonprofit organizations weather the process of change.
