Alice Campbell

With more than 39 years of industry experience, Alice Campbell comes to Manzanita Ventures with a wealth of knowledge and extensive real estate-related background. She will utilize such experience as a commercial/residential agent for Manzanita after spending years in the title, mortgage & real estate industries. She most recently spent 12 years with a local title company, where she worked as branch manager for the company’s San Joaquin County office.

Her experience includes market planning, business development, sales forecasting, managing personnel and internal & external customer service. Prior to her promotion to branch manager, she worked as an account executive, where she developed business throughout San Joaquin County. Previously, Alice has been a loan officer and a real estate agent in Tracy. A lifelong resident of Tracy, Alice has worked closely with many brokers and agents throughout the area, establishing a vast network of professional contacts.
