Alice is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is kind, professional, punctual, incredibly hard working, very well educated, easy to get a hold of and just an all around amazing person. She holds her values to the highest degree and believes honesty is the best policy.

When selling our home Alice gave us great advice to get our home ready to go on the market. What needed to the fixed, what would help attract buyers and get the most money for our home. She walked us through pricing our home and explained how the market works. How to price our home accordingly to get top market value and multiple competitive offers. Alice had every step in place and explained everything so well we never once had a concern and trusted her fully. (And what do you know, we sold our home above listing price and had multiple offers to choose from!)

When purchasing our home we never knew the value of her network. Alice is so well networked and made this process so simple. She was available for showings at times that worked around our schedules. She worked around the clock to find us a home. She walked us through writing an offer and always kept our best interest at heart. Once our offer was accepted she continued to work with our finance and closing company to ensure the process was going smoothly. Whenever we had a question big or small she was there and if she didn't know the answer she found out immediately.

Once we moved into our new home we found there was a large hole in our wall for a duct to a wood stove. The previous owners never disclosed it and the inspector didn't catch it. Alice paid to have it repaired out of her pocket and the handy man she sent to do the job was outstanding.

All in all we could not have enjoyed the process more if it weren't for Alice. I can't recommend her enough. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, hard working, knows the market and will take the stress away through the entire process of buying and selling, you have found your realtor. She is a woman of faith, honor, respect and will work tirelessly for you.

Alice is a first class agent, and in all of my years of buying and selling house, I have never had a better, more trusted, more helpful agent working to help me. She went over and beyond on a deal that should have been straight forward but turned complicated halfway through. What can you say more about someone who devotes all of her energies to your specific problems, including sage advice on issues with old houses, attending all the inspections and closing on behalf of a remote buyer, and even building a window well cover at the last minute!! And her devotion and help has carried on well beyond the closing on issues of repair and renovation (she quite the expert on the glories and frustrations and pitfalls of renovating old homes as an owner of one herself).
