Alice Holmes

Alice Holmes loves sharing her enthusiasm as she provides full service real estate support.

She has worked in the Oregon real estate industry since 1990, licensed as a professional real estate broker in 2006. Her professional background includes working as a project manager for a local nonprofit organization for over 14 years and co-owning a residential construction company for 10 years, building and selling more than thirty homes in Lane County. With excellent organizational skills and clear communication, she strives to make every transaction as smooth as possible.

As a fifth generation Oregonian, a graduate of the University of Oregon and resident of Lane County for over 30 years she has a wealth of knowledge and love of the local area to serve her real estate clients.

Alice enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Oregon, from the mountains to the beach. Her family owns a log cabin retreat outside of town with a small apple orchard. Every fall they invite friends and family to pick apples and press apple cider.
