Alicia Francis was born in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and pursued higher education at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, where she earned a BA in Political Science in 2009. Entering the workforce during the height of the housing market crisis, Alicia worked at a Women and Family Shelter and a Mental Health Shelter, where she saw firsthand how a lack of education and awareness around real estate contributed to homelessness and displacement.
Motivated by this experience, Alicia changed career paths in 2011 and joined Litigation Solutions, LLC (now ISG) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her role eventually led her to relocate to Orlando, Florida, in 2017. Throughout her career journey, Alicia never lost sight of her passion for real estate. In 2017, a pivotal conversation with her father about her future in the industry reignited that passion. With his ongoing support and encouragement, Alicia became a licensed REALTOR® in 2019.
Driven by a deep belief that homeownership should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial standing, Alicia is committed to helping her clients achieve their dreams of owning a home. She views real estate not just as a career, but as a mission to empower and educate others on the path to stability and ownership.
