After my experience selling my home with Alicia, I would not consider anyone else if I were ever to move again. She is extremely knowledgeable and communication was above and beyond! She has lots of connections from all of her experience and was able to guide me with some other issues that I had during the selling process. Even when everything was over, she would still be available to help with any other questions that I had. In the end, you really feel like you walk away with a good friend. I will be recommending her to everyone. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I would recommend Alicia to anyone who wants a great home selling or purchasing experience. My situation was a little different because I was selling and buying in separate states and Alicia worked closely with my agent in the other state to ensure that the process was smooth and easy on me. Any questions I had or items I needed she was able to get for me right away, I was never kept waiting. The way she marketed our house was better then I could have hoped for. Alicia got us an amazing price for our house in just a few days. I couldn’t have been any happier with the whole process.

Need a realtor in the Blue Bell and surrounding area? Give Alicia a call! She had so many great ideas for me to help sell my East Norriton home and even helped me out with them! My house sold in just a few days!! She went above and beyond when I moved to Florida and wasn't in PA during the open house, agreement of sale, the inspections, and closing! I was so lucky to find Alicia as my real estate agent when buying my first home. All the misconceptions about complexity involved in buying a home was thrown away by her professionalism and ease of work. It was literally the best experience I had ever in my life.
