Alicia’s knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Alicia listed our home quickly and provided valuable feedback which resulted in a full-price offer the first day we were on the market. We had a long, specific list for our forever home. Understanding Colorado’s seller’s market, Alicia made sure to be available with very little notice so we were often the first showing on a new listing. Alicia is very knowledgeable about the business. She really helped explain things to me as a first time home buyer, and was very patient when I asked some things twice! She always tries to find something positive about whatever property you're looking at, and truly helps YOU weigh what YOU want. I really appreciated all her help during this process. Alicia was great at helping us through the process and calming our fears when things started to really get going. All of the work she and her team did on the front end worked well, too, as we were able to sell the house within a couple weeks.
